Discipline 01 · Structural

Civil & Structural Engineering.

Safe, economical and defensible structures — from single sheds to multi-storey facilities. RCC, steel and composite design, foundation engineering, safety audits and retrofit, all vetted before it reaches the authority.

01 Scope Scope of work

What we deliver

Structural design and 3D modelling in ETABS for RCC, structural steel and composite systems — plus foundation engineering, safety audits and retrofit strengthening. Every calculation is vetted by an MIEB-chartered senior structural engineer before it reaches RAJUK, RSC or an international audit team.

  • Structural design & 3D modelling: RCC, steel and composite systems in ETABS
  • Industrial buildings & sheds: pre-engineered buildings, factory sheds, warehouses
  • Foundation engineering: shallow footings, pre-cast piles, deep bored cast-in-situ piles
  • Structural safety audits: condition assessment and load-path evaluation per BNBC 2020
  • Retrofitting & remediation: jacket strengthening, CFRP wrapping and steel bracing
  • Senior vetting: chartered MIEB review before every submission
02 DeliverablesIncluded

Every package includes

Clear deliverables, fixed scope, milestone billing.

Analysis & Calculation

Full 3D ETABS models, load takedowns and calculation dossiers your reviewer can follow line by line.

Drawings & BOQ

GA, reinforcement and connection drawings with bar schedules and bills of quantity — site-ready, not sketch-ready.

Audit & Retrofit

BNBC 2020 safety-audit certificates plus strengthening details: jacketing, CFRP wrapping and steel bracing.

03 ProcessHow we work

How an MTech project runs

From agreed design basis to senior peer vetting and signed submission — the same five-step rhythm on every engagement, so you always know what happens next.

Consultation

We visit the site, understand the process layout, growth plans and constraints — then define the brief with you.

Survey & Analysis

Topographic, geotechnical and structural surveys feed engineering analysis, not guesswork.

Design & Review

Concepts, calculations and drawings reviewed with your team at every milestone. You approve before we proceed.

Approval Support

We prepare and follow submission packages through RSC, Nirapon, BEPZA, RAJUK and utility authorities.

Handover & Aftercare

Construction-stage support, as-built records and a maintenance roadmap keep the asset performing.

04 Design basisStandards

Codes and standards we work to.

Every member, connection and loading case is traced back to a clause you can cite.
