01 Scope Scope of work

What we deliver

Complete electrical design from HT/LT substations to coordinated single-line diagrams, earthing and lightning protection, plus DIALux photometric studies and infrared thermography audits that catch hidden hotspots before they cause fires or unplanned shutdowns.

  • HT/LT substation design: 33/11 kV substations, transformer sizing, HT switchgear and LT panels
  • Power distribution & SLDs: coordinated single-line diagrams, cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations
  • Earthing & lightning protection: grounding grids and LPS engineering per BNBC 2020 / NFPA 780
  • DIALux photometric studies: task-tailored industrial and commercial illumination lux modelling
  • Infrared thermography audits: thermal imaging to pinpoint overloaded connections and phase imbalance
  • Utility liaison: BREB / DPDC / DESCO rule compliance for connections and sanctions
02 DeliverablesIncluded

Every package includes

Clear deliverables, fixed scope, milestone billing.

Substation & SLD Design

Transformer sizing, switchgear selection and graded protection settings so faults clear locally — not by tripping the whole plant.

DIALux Lighting Design

Lux-level modelling for production, warehouse and outdoor areas with energy comparison and luminaire schedules.

Thermography Audit

Non-contact infrared scans that catch hotspots, loose terminations and phase unbalance before failure.

03 ProcessHow we work

How an MTech project runs

From agreed design basis to senior peer vetting and signed submission — the same five-step rhythm on every engagement, so you always know what happens next.

Consultation

We visit the site, understand the process layout, growth plans and constraints — then define the brief with you.

Survey & Analysis

Topographic, geotechnical and structural surveys feed engineering analysis, not guesswork.

Design & Review

Concepts, calculations and drawings reviewed with your team at every milestone. You approve before we proceed.

Approval Support

We prepare and follow submission packages through RSC, Nirapon, BEPZA, RAJUK and utility authorities.

Handover & Aftercare

Construction-stage support, as-built records and a maintenance roadmap keep the asset performing.

04 Design basisStandards

Codes and standards we work to.

Every feeder, breaker and earthing conductor is traced back to a clause you can cite.
