01 Scope Scope of work

What we deliver

Addressable detection, hydraulically calculated sprinkler and hydrant systems, clean-agent suppression and egress design as one coordinated system. Every sprinkler and hydrant line is calculated for peak density and pressure — the basis for rapid FSCD clearance and international audit acceptance.

  • Addressable fire alarms: intelligent smoke, heat and flame detection with cause-and-effect matrix
  • Automatic sprinkler design: wet pipe, pre-action and deluge systems hydraulically sized via NFPA 13
  • Hydrant & standpipe systems: internal wet risers, landing valves, fire pump rooms, exterior hydrants
  • Clean agent suppression: FM-200, Novec 1230 and CO2 flooding for substations and server rooms
  • Egress & emergency lighting: illuminated exit paths, fire door schedules, evacuation diagrams
  • FSCD clearance packages prepared and followed to decision
02 DeliverablesIncluded

Every package includes

Clear deliverables, fixed scope, milestone billing.

System Design

Hydraulically calculated sprinkler, hydrant and pump systems with water reserves sized for peak demand.

Detection & Alarm

Addressable detection with cause-and-effect matrices linking alarms, HVAC shutdown and release systems.

Egress & Passive

Compartmentation drawings, fire door schedules, illuminated escape routes and evacuation diagrams.

03 ProcessHow we work

How an MTech project runs

From agreed design basis to senior peer vetting and signed submission — the same five-step rhythm on every engagement, so you always know what happens next.

Consultation

We walk the plant with you: process hazards, storage, occupancy and headcount — then agree the design brief.

Survey & Analysis

Occupancy and hazard classification, site water-supply testing and pump-curve checks feed the hydraulic calculation, not guesswork.

Design & Review

Hydraulic calculations, piping schematics, detection zoning and cause-and-effect reviewed with your team at every milestone.

Approval Support

We prepare and follow FSCD, DIFE, RSC, BEPZA and RAJUK submission packages through to a decision.

Handover & Aftercare

Commissioning and flow-test support, ITM schedules per NFPA 25, and as-built records that keep the system audit-ready.

04 Design basisStandards

Codes and standards we work to.

Every density, pressure, zone and response time traces back to a clause you can cite in front of an auditor.
