These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MTechTools website and all software products developed by MTech Engineering. By accessing the website or purchasing our software, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the purchased license type. Ownership of the software remains with MTech Engineering.
2. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, documentation, logos, trademarks, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of MTech Engineering and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the software without written permission
- Remove copyright or licensing notices
3. Software Compatibility
Each product specifies its supported software versions. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase. MTech Engineering is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported software versions or third-party modifications.
4. License Activation
Some products require license activation. License keys may be linked to specific devices or users depending on the purchased license. Unauthorized sharing or misuse of license keys may result in license suspension or termination.
5. Updates
Unless otherwise stated, purchased products include updates according to the applicable license policy. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.
6. Technical Support
Reasonable technical support is provided for licensed users. Support is limited to installation, activation, and intended software functionality. Custom development, engineering consulting, or training services are not included unless separately agreed.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their engineering models and project files, verifying software output before use in professional work, and using the software only within its intended purpose. Engineering decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
8. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While every effort is made to ensure reliability and accuracy, MTech Engineering does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or suitable for every project or workflow.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTech Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, project delays, business interruption, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use the software.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses that violate these Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized distribution, piracy, license abuse, or fraudulent activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes
MTech Engineering reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
