Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing software from MTechTools, a product of MTech Engineering. Because our products are digitally delivered software and license keys are issued immediately after purchase, the following refund policy applies.

1. Digital Products

All software sold through MTechTools is delivered electronically. Once a license key or download access has been issued, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product and have not activated or used the license.
  • The software cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable period.
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Purchasing the wrong software version after compatibility information was clearly provided.
  • Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements.
  • Incompatibility with unsupported software versions or operating systems.
  • Requests made after successful activation and normal use of the software.
  • User error, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • License suspension resulting from violations of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Trial Versions

Where a free trial, demonstration video, or product documentation is available, customers are encouraged to evaluate the software before purchasing. Purchasing a product indicates that you have reviewed the available information and determined that it meets your requirements.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact information provided on the MTechTools website and include your full name, email address used for purchase, order or transaction reference, product name, and reason for the request. Additional information may be requested to verify eligibility.

6. Processing Time

Eligible refund requests are generally reviewed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. License Deactivation

If a refund is approved, any associated software license may be deactivated, and continued use of the software will no longer be permitted.

8. Policy Updates

MTech Engineering reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the MTechTools website.
