Every calculation and drawing is prepared and checked by qualified, MIEB-registered engineers whose names are on the sheet.
On engineering integrity, accountability and regulatory execution — in his own words, before the drawings and the submissions that follow.
To every client, partner and colleague,
“At MTech Engineering, our foundational premise is uncompromising engineering integrity. Every facility we touch carries the weight of human safety and vital economic productivity. We built MTech to provide clients with an accountable engineering partner that pairs technical depth with relentless regulatory execution. When you place your trust in us, our senior leadership personally stands behind every calculation, every drawing, and every handover.”
Civil, architectural, electrical, fire, plumbing, environmental and testing expertise under one roof, led by senior engineers — one coordinated drawing set, one accountable point of contact, one team that stays with the project from survey to handover.
I spent more than a decade leading heavy industrial electrical projects before founding MTech Engineering. Again and again I watched the same thing: an owner would engage one consultant for structure, another for electrical, a third for fire, a fourth for approvals — and when the drawings disagreed, the cost of that confusion landed on the owner, never on the consultants.
MTech Engineering exists to end that pattern. I wanted a consultancy where the structural, electrical, fire and environmental engineers sit in the same room and review one drawing set before it leaves the office — and where a director, not a document, is the final check.
At MTech, senior leadership is not a title on an organisation chart — it is a working role. The same engineers who lead your design review stand on your site, defend the submission in front of the authority, and sign the completion dossier. Specifically, we commit to:
Every calculation and drawing is prepared and checked by qualified, MIEB-registered engineers whose names are on the sheet.
Nothing leaves this office without the review of a director or a discipline lead — no exceptions for schedule pressure.
During your project you hold a direct line to the people making the decisions — not to a gatekeeper or a call centre.
You see the test data, the calculations and the honest risks, written in plain language you can act on.
We prepare, submit and follow every approval ourselves — RAJUK, DIFE, FSCD, RSC, Nirapon, ELB, PWD and BEPZA.
We take no vendor commissions and sell no equipment. Our recommendations are bought by our clients alone, which keeps our advice exactly where it belongs: on the merit of the engineering.
This is how we intend to grow — one well-engineered facility at a time, until MTech Engineering is recognised as Bangladesh's most trusted multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.
Preparing the submission is half the job. Standing behind it in front of the authority is the other half — and it is the half we keep. These are the bodies our engineers deal with directly.
A message is only worth as much as the team that has to deliver it. Meet the engineers who sign the drawings, or read the record of how this firm was built.
